Welcome to Little Puffins Playgroup – Where Little Learners Take Flight!

At Little Puffins, we believe big adventures start small! Our playgroup is specially designed for 3-year-olds, offering a safe, nurturing, and joy-filled space where imaginations soar, friendships bloom, and every day is full of discovery.

This is where the journey from ‘Curiosity to Confidence’ begins. Through play, exploration, and gentle guidance, our little puffins grow in independence, creativity, and self-belief—laying the foundations for a lifelong love of learning.

The playgroup offers afternoon provision for children who are not eligible for full time school for the hours outlined below .

• Monday to Thursday: Extended care from 1:00pm to 3:30pm
• Friday: A shorter wraparound session from 12:00pm to 1:00pm

We also offer an after school club from 3:30 – 5:30 Monday to Thursday for all pupils.

Our wraparound sessions can be funded through the Welsh Government’s 30 Hours Free Childcare Offer. This is designed to help eligible working parents access high-quality early education and care at no extra cost. It’s a great way to support your child’s development while making life a little easier for you.

Whether your child is building castles in the sand, painting masterpieces, or sharing stories with new friends, they’ll be supported by caring staff who make learning feel like play.
